The interview process begins with a HireVue assessment. If selected to move forward, candidates complete a one-hour behavioral interview followed by a one-hour technical interview. After that, they interview with the hiring managers. Successful candidates then receive an offer.

I applied online for the Product Specialist position, and a recruiter contacted me the following week to schedule an interview. The interview took place a few days later and focused on my background, experience, and key elements of my CV. I was also asked about my perspectives on the payments landscape and broader industry trends, as well as general product management topics. This included discussing prioritisation methodologies when launching new products, how I approach product strategy, and my thought process around defining and delivering successful product initiatives.
