The recruiter emailed me after I responded to a posting on their site. He wanted to set up a phone screen. We agreed to a day/time and 5 minutes before he had to reschedule to the following day. I understood and was flexible. The next day the same thing happened. Five minutes before the scheduled interview he had to change it again to the next day. I agreed. The next day I called into the conference line number he supplied and I waited. And waited. Until I was disconnected because the "host" never showed. I emailed him -- 2x. Thinking something came up and I never heard a word from him. Why would he reach out and schedule and reschedule only to blow me off???? SUPER unprofessional. Tells me A LOT about Mastercard.

i had 4 meetings. first it was with HR, hiring manager, hiring manager's manager and then 1-2 others from the team. questions ranged mainly on behavioral, and asking around experience and motivation to join the team and mastercard. then offer letter.
