Whole thing took from October to March. Submitted resume through OCR, got called in for on campus interview, did two phone interviews. The questions were very straightforward. If you get called back after submitting your resume, your only job is to basically tell a story about how all your experiences tie in together, what you're passionate about, the results you've achieved during your past experiences, and have a very solid idea of why you want to work at Mastercard (hint: say its not a credit card company. It's a tech company -- that'll probably win you some brownie points)
