First I interviewed with an HR recruiter and then the woman in charge of publishing. The first round went great, but the second interview two started I knew I wasn't advancing because the woman seemed very disinterested, like she was looking at a different part of her screen during the zoom and like she wasn't really listening. Wasn't surprised when I got the email that they weren't moving forward. I'd say they have great H.R. but the rush of growing the team is probably burning people out and they seem very disinterested and stressed and if I had advanced I would have worried about the culture after that second interview.
