1. Online technical
2. Face 2 face technical
3. HR

Mastek:
1) online mcq technical:
Total 31 questions 1 hour.
Around 10 to 15 questions were based on core java and remaining were based on spring, web services, and some others also.
Core Java questions were simple and mostly on iverloading and overriding .
Cut of is low.
Round : Technical
1) given an array. Remove duplicates . Don’t use another array, collections.
2) write user defined generic class
3) does hash map store duplicate keys. Why?
4) what will happen if hashcode algo generates same hashcode for different keys.
5) volatile vs transient
6) 4 tread in execution. How do I move ahead In the program only after all 4 threads have terminated.
7) int i = 10; Vs Integer I= 10; where will both the variables be stored.
8) how to increase heap area.
9) serialisation
10) tell me everything about interfaces.
11) tell me everything about object.
12) what will happen if a return in try block.
13) how many catch blocks can u write.
14) u have made notepad app. How to prevent it from creating multiple instances.

1st round was easy java code were asked. 2nd round was all about project and sql. Hr round was bit technical sided and quite tiring after first 2 rounds. Overall it was moderate level.

First Round: Online Technical test - 31 questions mostly java snippets output was asked, questions on inheritence, spring, string, sql queries , configuration related
Second Round: technical round . we were asked to write an architectural design of a condition provided by them. Thereafter in depth interview session was there based on the approach that every candidate has made.
