Confusing several levels of interviews without clear feedback or next steps. Half the interviewers had done the position so that was good. Half did not though which lead to confusing information on what the day to day would contain

It was a four part interview process that I was led to believe I was doing fairly well in. A few days following my fourth interview I was informed they were going with another candidate, but they liked me so much they asked if I was interested in interviewing for the same role in a different state. I accepted their offer, which led to two more interviews. Prior to the interviews the person from HR who I had been corresponding with had assured me once I finished these two interviews I would have an answer back on whether or not I got the role relatively quickly. The first interview went well just like other interviews I had done with the company, so I moved onto my sixth and final interview. That didn’t go nearly as well. The person who interviewed me didn’t let me get many words in and frankly seem disinterested in me from the minute we got on camera. Once that was finished I assumed I wasn’t going to get the role, and I was let down, but grew relatively optimistic as the days went by. Again, their HR had told me they would have an answer for me “shortly after this interview. =)”. I have not heard from anyone from the company in 30 days. I sent follow up thank you emails to all six people I interviewed with following each interview, emailed HR to check the status after two weeks of no communication, and finally called and left a voicemail to HR after three weeks of nothing. If you deem me not the best candidate for the position that’s fine, but I’m a human being to me hanging high and dry with no communication for over 30 days after I reached out looking for transparency is absolutely unacceptable. To anyone who does get hired by this company best of luck I just had to share my experience because frankly I have never experienced anything like this in my professional career.
