Contacted by recruiter who setup an interview with the boss and two peer managers. Had the interview, and then simply ghosted. Interviewers were in their actual offices with "corporate" clothes on (shirts, a tie, etc). The organization, you can tell, is very ossified in its working conditions. Whether or not the place is a good employer isn't known. Questions were bland, stale, but not unexpected. Employer never contacted me again. Typical in this day and age. If you get an interview and hear nothing back, that is standard operating procedure.
