I would not waste my time setting up an interview with this company. I had three different interviews scheduled for management positions, and each experience was worse than the last. For the first interview, I arrived at the designated location only to be told that no one was there to interview me, and the staff had no knowledge of my appointment. The second interview was supposed to be a phone call, yet no one ever reached out. The third interview was scheduled via phone but was canceled via text—seven minutes after it was supposed to begin. With 30 years of management experience, including the last three in Med Spas, I expect professionalism and basic respect for my time. If they handle interviews this poorly, I can only imagine what working for them would be like. This company is completely unorganized and unprofessional.

Super easy, just make sure your knowledgeable about leadership and how you would use that to lead sales. Talk about how you can resolve issues amongst coworkers, type of leadership style you have, what you can do to impact the team.
