Entrevista
One round with HR, three rounds with relevant managers, and one last in-person with direct manager. Process is handled by recruiter and HR personnel. Interview questions were mainly about my soft skills, with the first few interviews having more technical questions. Overall, smooth process from management side, but the recruiter could be slow at times. Responses would take a full business today to respond back even if you reach back out immediately and subsequent interviews would be set up for the following week. Process took over a month from start to end unfortunately due to that.

Entrevista
The overall process was smooth and enjoyable. Everyone I interviewed with was incredibly friendly and professional, and the team moved at an efficient pace throughout. The process consisted of 4 rounds: an HR screen with the recruiter, a hiring manager + peer round, a panel round with senior leaders, and a final onsite at the Boston HQ. Interviews were primarily behavioral, focusing on past experiences, stakeholder communication, and data storytelling. There was a light technical SQL assessment in the second round — nothing too intense, just practical query writing. Overall a very positive candidate experience. The recruiter was responsive and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend being prepared with strong behavioral examples and a solid understanding of how marketing analytics connects to business outcomes.

The interview process for internal candidates is amazing. If you don’t get the position, the hiring manager contacts you to close the loop. They give you advice and let you ask any additional and/or lingering questions. They offer support. A really good candidate experience.
