I received an email after submitting the job application but was asked to start the test directly. The test content was a piping system with a large number of parts and model it with high quality. I spent time and effort to complete it and waited for two weeks, then HR replied by email saying that the position was canceled. The whole interview process was terrible. There was no phone call or E-meet communication before the test, which made me feel disrespected. The test content exceeded the standard without pay, it felt like working for them for free.

Interview went well. Art test was simple and quick and the managers conducting the interview were very nice and gave feedback to improve on the art test. All questions I had were openly answered and I felt very comfortable in the interview room.
