I applied in May 2024. Got a call from the recruiter in July 2024 due to vacations. The process took about a month a half from the initial call. Met with hiring managers, then two team members, then the director. I got the email that I was not selected for the role, and the next day the job was reposted. Hard to believe none of the candidates that made it through all interview stages were qualified for the role. It feels like the hiring managers don't know what they want.
