Interviewed with hr then CEO after 3 weeks of them postponing due to conflicting schedules. Met with CEO only to be cut short as he dropped the call unprofessionally stating, “this interview is over, bye” when asked how did he foster work life balance at his agency

2 interviews (and a practice assignment!) was too much time put into what they would hire me as, a PT, low-wage internship. Asked about general marketing questions to which I answered normally. Expressed my experiences and enthusiasm. Both HR and Paid Media interviewers seemed so nice and inviting, but kept asking if working at an agency is what I’d want, since it’s “very fast paced”. I love fast-paced… with proper training and patience. Training was scarce, unkempt, and unorganized. Very different from what I expected from the interviews.
