Interview was fairly easy for entry level position. Meeting with the admin super only a few questions were asked about my background in computer work. I had no experience in Telecom but was informed I could learn everything I needed on the job.

Very casual. Manager was busy so we barely talked. A quick overview of the role. The environment was relaxed and I didn't feel nervous. They hire based on personality, which seems to have worked so far.

Had one interview with company and was offered position same day. Average type interview questions. Hiring process was very informal as company was very young at that time and didn't have defined hiring process that it has now.
