I applied on Indeed.com, received a callback fairly quickly, came in maybe the next day for my interview and met with my now supervisor and the Director of MRDC. The interview was good they asked normal HR questions to get an understanding of my proficiency, within that same week after completing background checks and new hire documents, my start date was within the next week.
