Pros: I was initially excited about the opportunity to interview with for Senior Staff Product Engineer that matched my skills and experience. The interview process started smoothly, but unfortunately, things took a negative turn during the later stages. During my interview with the hiring manager encountered behavior that I found dismissive and unprofessional. I was frequently interrupted while attempting to answer questions, and I felt that my responses were not given the opportunity to be fully explained. At one point, the manager even scoffed at my answers, particularly when discussing semiconductor testing. Despite my efforts to engage and explain my qualifications, I was told bluntly that I was "not fit for the job" without receiving any constructive feedback or clarification. The tone of the interview made the entire experience uncomfortable and left a negative impression of the company’s hiring process.
