The interview process was about an hour but mostly one sided about the challenges the internal creative dept. was having and how they need someone to come in and bridge the gap between team members while helping figure out how to manage server backups to LTO tapes. LTO, yeap, I had a flash back to the 90s for a sec there. Even though I was open to the challenges after writing up 2 follow up emails within the month, the people I met with went on radio silence. Nothing new, apparently a new unprofessional trend within the job recruitment industry these days. The experience was mostly positive in person but negative within the follow up process.
