The company has very old school tactics and wants to hire someone that lives and breathes for them, They have absolute zero regards for work/life balance, At least they were honest when mentioning "you'll be working every single holiday and should be available 24/7,,,your family will hate you for working here" did not sell the job at all and never gave me a compensation number or 'how the schedule works' when asked 2 times. The drivers and workers are monitored and micromanaged. Upon research, the salary for this position is $23-25 an hour!? You could pay me 100K and would still think twice before working at a place like this. The interview lasted almost 2 hours, and I could not find a positive thing to say about wanting to work for this place.

For front-line supervisors, its a one interview, conditional offer, drug test. Usually takes less than a week to go from interview to job offer. They do have a third party conduct a standard background check. The HR rep who makes the initial call will sometimes not have all the answers and will defer to the Department Manager.
