Describe the interview process* This was the interview process: 1. Quick phone screening with the CEO, asking high level questions and to hear my comm skills. 2. Zoom call with the CEO and other heads of departments asking me more indepth questions. 3. Face-to-face meet up with the CEO over lunch in North Sydney 4. Paid assignment to see how I worked given a brief, deadline, revisions and overall feedback. 5.Final brainstorm session with the marketing team in the office after hours. My experience overall was great. The process really gave me a feel of the environment I would be working in and what would be expected of me.
