1. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn notifying me of the role 2. I sent the recruiter my CV and cover letter 3. Phone interview with the recruiter 4. Invited to an Assessment Centre at the MW London office - consisted of a group exercise, a technical interview and an HR interview

Some phone calls with HR and employees as an initial screen, then a coding test very similar to the classic leetcode/hackerrank problems. Didn’t progress after the test so cannot talk about the further stages of the interview.
