I had a phone Interview followed by an in-person interview. After the phone interview, they invited me to the office for an in-person interview. They did not cover travel costs for the interview. While in the office, I interviewed with two individuals and the whole process lasted around 1.5 hours. It was a relatively casual interview and people were nice and responsive to my responses and my questions. I sent a thank-you and a follow-up email within a week span, and received no response to either.
