Applied via their website, received an email from the recruiter a few weeks later requesting a phone screening. After giving my availability, I did not receive a response. After following up, the recruiter confirmed a time. The phone screening was not a positive experience. Recruiter did not seem to have basic facts about my work history straight, and sounded like they were reading directly from a script. Biggest red flag was when I asked for a salary range, the recruiter said they could not disclose any range at this time.

About 4-5 rounds, first with external recruiter, then hiring manager, APAC General Counsel, then another two rounds with counsels from the US office. The entire process took about 3-4 months.
