The interview process was quite in-depth. I spoke with a talent acquisition associate about an opening for this position, in which I then had several interviews with individuals apart of this team. Twelve interviews. Maybe I was naive, but I believe they all went well, and that I connected with everyone that I spoke with. After my final interview, I was told I would hear back at the end of the week, and I have yet to hear anything. I followed up about two weeks later with a few people who helped coordinate the interviews, and still nothing. It's now been three weeks and no word since. It's a bit disappointing when you're told that you will hear back within a given time frame, and instead of being politely denied a job offer get no response altogether.

Most questions were personality-based, some based on experience as well as your understanding of the role.
I had a good set-up video's interview process. There is no interviewer in the video and they only throw question on the screen. However, the HR only call me once to schedule interview and never call back to me for scheduling interview. Also, I do not see emails or phone for scheduling interview and further purpose's details.
