The process consisted of a virtual interview and then a superday in the office that you applied for. At the superday, you were given four 30 minute behavioral interviews with leaders at Marsh.

The first round is a virtual Hirevue video in which you have prompts to respond to mainly behavioral questions. My final round was in person and on zoom, 2 hour interview and meet with a total of 9 employees.

Entrevista
Straightforward interview process comprised of Hirevue and super day with many interviewers. Overall, great process and recommend brushing up on behavioral and in depth knowledge of resume and experiences. Interviewers were fair and were high up in their industries within the company.
