      Solicitud

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 7 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Marsh (Melbourne)

      Entrevista

Did a video interview first, then was asked in to a face-to-face interview. The video interview was fine, the usual questions. I didn't hear anything for about 4 weeks between the video interview and the face-to-face interview. At the face-to-face interview, they were fifteen minutes late and asked me to do a surprise test. The recruiter knew I was on my lunch break, so it was frustrating that I had not been given notice of this before. Again, nothing unusual in the questions. After the face-to-face, I was invited to a video conference interview where during discussion, it was discovered that they had put me up for a completely different role to the one I had applied for. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for both them and myself. I received the final verdict a week later (after chasing!) and when I asked for feedback, they said they could not give me any. I also asked about why I had been interviewing for different roles at different stages and they were unable to respond to this either. Terrible communication.
