      Position was for Lead Solution Architect Innovation & Services: I got an HR call to arrange the technical interview. Interviewer started with introduction to the organisation and the role. then went to technical questions ranging from OOP concepts to deep technical solution design and system design round. Very nitty gritty details of system design on API. Plural vs Singular APIs. Difference between microservices and containerised architecture. why and how REST APIs took over SOAp based API ? Why using RST API over SOAP APIs ? What is Active active strategy in cloud ? What are sticky sessions ? What is a stickey session for the target group ? Authentication vs Authorisation ? RBAC ? What are the Shared services principles ? Then interviewer gave me chance to ask any questions. I asked how the team works and what the role responsibilities look like in real world as compared to the job description?
