Standard HR screen then Hiring Manager. Problem was the GHOSTING that occurred immediately thereafter. It is very unprofessional to not respond nor let a candidate know their status once you have actually TALKED to someone. It sets the standard for how the company operates, and in this case it shows they are not a good company to work for.
