Finally got a call about a month after I applied. After phone/email tag for about 2 weeks, got a phone interview. I thought it went well but a few days later got an automated email from their career site saying basically they're not interested. Rumor has it, they won't hire unless you have timeshare sales experience and I only have other sales experience so maybe that's it. Anyway if you're new to timeshare, I wouldn't waste your time applying here.

After applying online, I was contacted by recruiter who set up in person interview at the location to be worked. I was interviewed by two Sales Managers, asking questions on the STAR (situation, task, action, result) system, in addition to discussing my relevant experience.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by two people a man and a woman. The man told me I would be “grilled”, I replied with “but of course” the woman went out of her way to appear intimidating/rude. They explained the series of questions they were going to ask was standard and everyone goes through the same process. At one point I got extremely uncomfortable and said that I do not wish to further explain my past experiences, I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my race. The guy assured me that the woman who was also interviewing me is just being “tough” and it’s ok to open up.
