First round was a screening interview with a recruiter via teams. The recruiter was overall solid and asked standard questions but asked for it to be responded in the STAR method. I heard back in three business days and advanced to the next round with the people the role would be reporting to via Teams. They asked more in-depth questions about the work I did, and also required STAR to be used. After that, despite sending a thank you note and following up with the recruiter after the day they said they would get back to me passed, I heard nothing for a month until I got an automated email notifying I wasn't selected. It's frustrating that the recruiter couldn't have just responded saying I wasn't progressing earlier on given there had been multiple rounds of interviews at this point.
