Applied online through the company website. Six weeks later I get a message from someone in Marriott with a Microsoft survey link asking me to fill in the details. It was the exact same information they had already requested when applying so I'm not sure what they were trying to do. Another few weeks pass and I get a message asking me to schedule a screening so I send my availability. The day before the call I get a message that my call has been cancelled. I tried messaging the Marriott person who had sent me the survey to see what was going on but got no response. Overall it seems like this company is very disorganized and I'm not sure I'd bother applying again.
