Well prepared and organized, focused on my customer service engagement skills way more than my technical expertise, highlighting their priorities fast, which I appreciated. It was done as a bunch of questions with needing specific examples to pass.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.

I was interviewed by Human Resources by phone. We had a great connection, and she was very professional, courteous, and followed up like she said she would. I was impressed.
