It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.

I was called for an interview. I interviewed with four managers in one sitting, but one at a time. They all pretty much asked the same questions. The last manager I spoke to was HR and I was sent to drug test and have a background check. I pretty much got the job on the spot.
