When I was interviewing to get a promotion from the front desk to celebrity services, they said they would have to DEDUCT my pay because at the time, I was making $15.50/hr at the front desk and the celebrity team pay was $14.25/hr. After I declined that (because why would I want a pay deduction ??) they said I could keep my same pay, but don't say anything to the other celebrity services agents in the office...
