Every Marriott (corporate) interview will follow the STAR process so as long as you are prepared with applicable stories that follow Situation, Task, Action, Result, you should score well. If you are applying to a franchise property, this may not apply but prepare this way regardless.

After submitting application, a phone interview for the first round, virtual for the second. Average interview, nothing out of the ordinary for this position. Everything went quickly from the first interview to recieving offer.

Star interview process with 2 managers. Takes about an hour. One screening interview with a recruiter before the formal interview days before. Was offered the position one business day after the formal interview.

You also have to pass the Marriott assessment test in order to even qualify for a job
