Met with the director of food and beverage for about 30 minutes. He seemed very excited to have me on board but I had to meet with HR, the GM and AGM of the hotel. I met with them the following week. They asked basic customer service questions to see where my experience was. They loved me and I got the job the following day. Drug test and background check are a must.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.
