I applied for the position online and was eventually called on the phone. The screening process took awhile (a couple weeks I think), so don't be discouraged if you apply and aren't called in for an interview right away. On the phone I was asked a few basic interview questions, and then asked to come in for an interview the following Monday. The interview itself wasn't too bad. The guy asked mostly situation-based questions (Describe a time when __, then explain what you did and what the results were...). My interviewer was very professional and polite.

What has been your favorite customer service moment?
AFter sending the CV and cover letter I got an invite to the interview. One interview with the head of department, questions relevant to the job - experience, expectations etc. Pretty straightforward. The hotel has closed since then.

I applied online and within a week or two, I was contacted by HR to come in to do the interview. Consisted of a 30 minute interview with housekeeping manager and a quick tour of the hotel.

All situated based questions. Mostly they ask about tough situations we had, memorable day, etc. overall it was great to appear interview, just be more honest and be yourself. Asked for sin let's see what will happen
