HR reached out to me, and we had an initial phone screening. Once I passed that I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and after that was brought in for in-person interview with 4 people.

Basic STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) question. Pretty Straight forward, depend on the interviewee, they will ask other questions that's listed on your resume, such as any particular task that I want to highlight, etc.

Tell me about a time that you have to work under pressure
Marriott International uses the STAR Method for their interview process. Depending on the interviewer, they will stick to the prompt or have it be more conversational. Three rounds. The focus is on the result, so make sure you have a solid 5-6 examples that you can use to answer each of the questions.
