there were 3 or 4 small interviews. the first was a phone interview mainly asking about yourself and why you want the position. i filled out a behavior test to see if i was a right fit for the company. the second was a prerecorded interview where 3 star questions popped up on the screen and you recorded yourself answering them and sent it in. the third was a video interview where they asked a couple star questions and your style of management.

After applying through the website, the immediate next step is the pre-recorded video interview. The interview should be treated as a formal interview, with answers ready and neat appearance. Consists of 5 questions.
