Very informal hiring process. Pretty sure I was hired because I was attractive. My less attractive friend with more experience was never offered a position. The hiring manager constantly called me the wrong name.

One interview, but took 3 weeks to hear back then another month until my training class which was basically just the heads of a few departments flexing on themselves for 2 days
It was a great interview. Straight to the point but at the same time comfortable. Unfortunately, I did not get the position but I made it to the final round.
