Interviewed first with the Director of Events then with the two managers that I would be working under. The first interview was talking about my resume - no real interview questions. I was told that I would then have the chance to interview a week later for the role. The second interview used STAR questions. I was able to ask job specific questions in both interviews. I heard back a few days later that I received the position.
