applied the position through the company's career website. Contacted by the recruiter over the phone, then did two online assessment. Finally phone interviewed with the hiring manager and team member. Couple of days later, I was informed that the position was taken by an internal applicant. The whole process was smooth and friendly, no complaints.

Very thorough questioning and lots of challenging scenarios to assess your thinking process and persuasion skills. They actually shared recent work challenges and asked you to solve it. Lots of knowledge based and situation based questions.
