After applying, the person in charge of banquets will review your application and if they feel that you are qualified for the position they will contact you for an interview. The interview took place in the lobby of the location in which you applied after the head of banquets was called from the main desk.
Easy and straightforward questions about availability, experience in customer service, and dealing with stressful situations. How well you work independently and in a team. As well as your ability to lift at least 25 to 50 pounds

Phone call to go over the role and not many questions asked. They asked if I worked a hotel before and if I visited their specific hotel before. It was very brief and then I setup a time to meet them in person to get a tour of the banquet facility
