Entrevista
They start with tell me about yourself and they ask question in the STAR format. Pretty simple and they where very nice. 3 question from one manager. 3 more questions from another and then ending with HR and her questions with moving on to pre hiring process drug screening and background check. Will call in 3 to 4 days with a final offer.
Moderate. they asked about past experience and why i wanted to join marriott. Just one telephonic round of interview. They ask about previous work experiences and reason for switch. Asked about my strengths and weakness. Tell me something about yourself. Goal after 5 and 10 years

Entrevista
Two interviews with talking about experience and how to approach different situations. It felt pretty easy and nothing too hard. Just feel confident and know what you are talking about. That is what they are mainly looking for that you aren't too shy and can be very helpful for their guests.
