Situational questions. They want to know results and numbers to show the results. The focus on goal answers, goal was X and we scored Y because of what I did to support the results. The also have you take a personality survey to know how closely you can meet the Marriott Cultural. First you receive a call from the recruiter, then on property, then have you come in for an interview and generally one or two rounds meeting with the direct report and the GM and Executive Committee.

Lengthy process. You will initially be assessed via call and will have 3 interviews afterwards. First, asst front office manager, 2nd f.o. manager and the 3rd is the General Manager. Be prepared!

It was easy and took 3 days. 1 interview with the Hotel Manager. It was simple and straightforward. Explained me the job responsibilities and how a day to day life looks like
