Brief phone interview with in person interview the next day. Very in depth interview "STAR" format. First they go over job description, work history, the ask about 15 questions where they want very detailed responses. It seems like a great company to work for they just don't offer very high pay.

They declined to reach out. They instead withdrew the application in less than 12 hours despite being more than qualified for the job. Not sure if they are looking for a particular area, but the job was specifically described as being remote.
