Regional manager came and asked questions. Very informal and quick. They let me know I got the job on the spot. Overall, a very easy interview. You sit 1 on 1 and the regional manager and general manager come and assess you. There was a scenario scene I had to play out based on a complaint.

It was a super chill interview, they definitely used the STAR method and asked typical questions, including about how to deal with a rude guest, and how you deal with a rude or uncomfortable coworker.
