I spoke with the Food and Beverage manager about my experience and goals. I then spoke with the Food and Beverage Director about the job requirements. We talked about my experience. We talked about goals that would be set for me in the new position. We discussed hours and days I would be working and beginning pay. We discussed the review process.

STAR format, lots of behavioural questions. Normally takes about 30 mins. They also asked me about if I had any cocktails or wine knowledge. Be prepare know at least basic cocktails and basic wine knowledge.

Star questions, qualifications, meeting with director. It was nice it seemed. They were trying to get to know me. But they decided to go with internal even though they wasted 8 weeks of my life.

Entrevista
There was a brief phone screening then an in person interview with Food and Beverage leadership. The phone screening was just ensuring that you understand the role and the interview was more in depth. Was provided no update after the interview until weeks after. Interview has scenario questions.
