Submited application through inline first and then face to face interview with a chef. He was very nice and no difficult questions. But he asked many question. It was about a 30 minutes interview.

They offer 3 steps of interview process and you have to take a test. Use common sense when you answer your questions. Research on YouTube for Marriott interview. Make sure you don't panic during your interview. Saty calm and use eye contact during the interview. Ask questions never say I don't have any questions you will fail the interview
They ask you basic questions like, how are your time management skills, juggling multiple priorities while handling customer service. It wasn't too complicated and expected of most hospitality brand companies.
