interviewed with the Supervisor and F&B Manager, then the HR Director. They asked about my previous customer service experience, and what my job responsibilities included. They asked about how I dealt with difficult customers, and difficult situations. They asked me to describe a variety of situations from my experiences and how I handled them.
Very simple and straightforward. Typical questions you’d have at any interview about situations and how you handle them. Usually call back a few days later and you go to HR and fill out your paperwork and drug test.
