Interviews are usually conducted by the HR person and department head. The interview is a Behavioral Interview Process - questions are related to true experience and what actions were taken. Questions are asked from a set format. There is a review of resume in the beginning, than the standard questions will follow, then technical questions. Interviewee will have an opportunity of asking questions. Ensure to ask questions, specific to the job, why are they hiring, what is the team like, what are the direct goals for the role, is there any incentives schemes, how is poor performance managed, etc. Ensure that you are friendly, personable and have a good communication skills and always willing to talk.

Entrevista
The interview process began with an assessment test that took a little over an hour to complete. After that, I had a 15-minute Microsoft Teams screening call with a recruiter based on the East Coast. The interview questions were heavily focused on the STAR method, so it’s important to come prepared with specific examples and measurable outcomes from your experience. The final step was an in-person interview at the property. Overall, the process was professional, organized, and focused on behavioral-based interviewing.
2 tier. 2 step process. Phone Interview and in person. Phone interview will be approximately 12 mins with a recruiter. The in person interview will consist of a 3 person panel. Senior Manager of Room Operations, Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations will be present at interview.
STAR format for interviewing and asking questions. They seemed to want more experience and story based answers for their questions. Everyone was very hospitable and inviting when interviewing. I felt that the communication was easy to be reached throughout emailing.
