Submit cv and resume online. Hr company sends assessment for you to take. Hr company conducts phone interview, after that their is a two part panel interview. The interview is based on past behavior successes and sharing results.

Entrevista
Interviewer asked for references and then said they would call me by a certain date and then never did. The references were never called. Very unprofessional. I had decided I didn't want the job due to the interview style but still I was curious to see the offer since they made it sound like I'd receive one.

Entrevista
HR reviewed my c.v for processing. Then it was forwarded to director finance. First interview was with accounts Manager and then with director finance in which they assessed my skills.

Entrevista
All aplicants must apply online and screening is done by AON Hewitt. Once you get past the initial screening you will be sent a Sales Assessment. If you pass, you will be granted a tandem interview. If you fail you will never know why. If you are hired you can never see your assessment results. Apparently it's on a Green (pass) Red (fail) system.
